Representing the marine science community. An introduction to MASTS
Formed in 2009, MASTS is a community of organisations engaged in marine science and represents the majority of Scotland’s marine research capacity. MASTS is a unique collaboration between marine research organisations, government and industry.
Based on the east coast of Scotland at the Scottish Oceans Institute at University of St Andrews the overall objective of MASTS is to facilitate better communication, collaboration and co-ordination within the marine community whilst ensuring that Scottish marine science receives international recognition.
