 Scotland Week - also known as Tartan Week - will 'pipe up' from 1 - 7 April 2019 as over 15 million North Americans celebrate all things Scotland. Among the highlights this year will be Scottish comedy legend, Sir Billy Connolly, as the NYC Tartan Day Parade Grand Marshal.
